In my understanding, ADHD is a developemental disorder, sort of like autism or various forms of retardation. This causes extreme interest in certain things and disintrest in others. I have read various theories on the subject of ADHD in a population and one that stuck out to me was it was a hunting adaption. I am really quite skilles in coordination and perception of my body since childhood I have not yet met a person like me. ADHD has some serious drawbacks though for social life, I am highly sensitive to overstimulation, I often am bad at understanding other’s pain because I see pain as proof that you need to grow or have made a mistake and when I take my medication I have 0 emotions. These are all hurdels that a child will need to learn how to overcome to function in society. I do not have a neurotypical brain, but through observation I have noticed some fundamental conceptual and mental methodological differences between myself and a neurotypical.

What’s true is that carbohydrates are converted into glucose for energy, and some get stored in your liver and muscles as glycogen. Excess glucose—in other words, sugar that your body isn’t able to use right away or convert into glycogen—can be stored as fat.
