Bloating and tummy fat
Bloating hurts sometimes and when I'm bloated I fart and burp a lot. It also comes and goes depending on what and how much I eat. For me it's more like my stomach's ballooned out. Bloating hurts sometimes and when I’m bloated I fart and burp a lot. It also comes and goes depending on what and how much I eat. For me it’s more like my stomach’s ballooned out. When I gain fat, it’s more like my stomach protrudes with flab slightly more. Bloat is also more immediately noticeable. Fat gain builds up over a long period of time. Gluten allergies are common and cause bloat among other symptoms. You have to cut it out of your diet for 2 weeks and then add it back in. Food allergies in general are what cause this. Other common allergens are dairy, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, and egg.
