If I had something I am not happy about and it would be easily fixed with cosmetic surgery via small enhancement, I would. Cosmetic surgeries are elective procedures, which means that it is not a necessity. You have to make a well informed decision as a procedure always carries somewhat of a risk, some a little more than the others. I am a strong believer that natural beauty is the best, if we want to enhance our natural features with cosmetic surgeries it’s fine. I do not like extreme plastic surgeries where a person becomes unrecognizable. I used to not like the idea of cosmetic surgery, now I think small enhancements are fine. The most important thing is that you keep your natural looks, and if the small enhancement makes you feel more confident and thus can make a huge impact on your life, yes go ahead!

Also, the word “entity” is used to describe a business that is not an individual and can apply either to a Corporation or an LLC.
