Yes it is very possible. Even, you can adopt from another country even if you’re not present there. Your first step is to contact an international adoption agency. They have the most recent information about the countries that they work with and the most recent rules from the State Department. Be aware that you are going to be working with local, state, and federal governments here and with the government in the adoption country. You will need to decide on a country and have reasons for choosing that particular country. Your agency will help you find a home study person. That will be a paper chase and you will be answering a lot of questions. You will also likely need to identify some of the cultural things that you want to learn more about as part of the why. You are going to have a packet of documents that need to be notarized, authenticated, and then sent to the sending country. Each country had different requirements. Some countries you can have the entire packet done and others require each page to go through the process.

This means heat, I’ve used a blow dryer to warm the ear and water myself, they make solutions for this cleaning, but you may be off in your diagnosis, infection of dead matter from one behind the ear can seem a lot like a build up symptom wise. I don’t have deep ears anymore, I can touch my ear drums just by taping my finger across my ear, not sure why the depth was reduced or is so shallow, but I hear just fine and cleaning is easy.
