Burundi is the most underdeveloped nation in the world. It has passed through series of civil wars that has left it destroyed. It is a small state split by ethnic and political conflicts. Only half of the population is literate. Medical facilities are nowhere. The lack of medical facilities makes it the biggest HIV carrier country. And only one percent of the country population knows how to use the internet and have internet connections.

This gives you enough new growth to apply the relaxer to; your new growth or virgin hair may vary in length from 1/2 inch to 1 inch. The most important part of touch-ups to remember is that you don’t apply the relaxer all over the hair. Previously relaxed hair is permanently straightened, it doesn’t require additional chemical processing. You’re only applying relaxer to your virgin hair. If you apply a relaxer to hair that’s already relaxed, you’ll most likely experience breakage and damage due to overprocessing.

Surviving R. Kelly is a very well done documentary on a man who has consistently displayed questionable and perverse behavior for decades with a very impressive amount of evidence and who is still running around doing the exact same thing he’s been getting away with for such a long time. Therefore the man is still a threat and very dangerous. It presents to the viewer an impartial and fair format showing facts, testimonies, evidence and a narrative that always tries to remain connected to exposing the truth.
