Based on my personal experience, I’m not so sure face massaging helps fight acnes, at least I didn’t do mine for that purpose. Massaging the face will help it to keep toned and in good shape. It will probably help delay the aging face, but eventually sagging and fine wrinkles will occur. Facial sagging is actually loss of muscle tone, which will increase the appearance of aging. Fine wrinkles mostly are the skin’s loss of collagen.

In the moment of a heated discussion or anger outburst, it is best to take a time out and temporarily walk away from the situation. It gives the person time to calm down. Giving a break will also help you reinterpret the situation, where maybe you spot your own mistakes and deal with the situation in a better manner.
