Apple has options in settings to offload applications. Basically, it keeps a copy of your application in the cloud and pulls it down only if you use it. That’s one way to make more storage available on your iPhone. There is no way to increase the actual amount of storage on an iPhone, but you can use cloud services like iCloud to store data such as pictures, files, video, apps which frees up space. For me, what I do is to pay for more iCloud space and keep all my files and media there, I do not have to worry about the actual iPhone storage.

Pregnancy also releases hormones that relax uterine muscles. But generally, period changes after birth, it can only be expected given that your body has gone through a big serious change.
