I used to believe that going on talking about the same incident again and again, helps in getting it out of our system. But at one point I realized it is just sapping my energy away. Life is unfair, your friends can ditch you in the worst possible way, your manager can turn out to be a very difficult person – But then you have to live with it. If you can change it well and good, or else just learn to deal with it. Discussing the same sad story is anyways not the solution.
Not saying no— I don’t know why many of us have difficulty in saying No. And many more of us have more difficulty in accepting No as a reply.

This includes petroleum-based oils – kerosene, gasoline – and vegetable oils- groundnut oil, coconut oil etc. Oil floats on water because its density is less than that of water. There are some oils that are heavier than water. These will sink to the bottom. Generally, these organic compounds contain at least one heavy element such as Chlorine or Bromine. Examples are dibromomethane, chloroform or tetrachloroethylene. These liquids are not called “oils” these days, but the general description of an oil is an organic liquid applies to these as well.
