The coconut flesh is first dried to remove water content just by keeping them or creating a hot ambience, by fire. Typically, this oil will have strong aroma, slightly oily/sticky in nature. Although not everyone likes and enjoy cooking with the cold pressed coconut oil because of its strong aroma.

Fat gain becomes likely because of your slowed metabolism and with many people this leads them to become worse off with their weight then when they started.
