Merely looking at someone, can you tell if they’re a druggie?
Yes, I can yes. That’s largely because I've been working with people who either abuse or are dependent on alcohol or drugs since I was in my early twenties. There are plenty of obvious signs, pupil size, track marks, signs of unusual anxiety or restlessness, speech, teeth, body weight , odor etc etcRead more

But more so with me now it is instinct, Or the feeling I get combined with what I am seeing physically. Then once the person starts talking I can tell for sure. There are tons of different factors that’d fade your tattoos and make them look crappy years after you’ve gotten them. The sun is a big one. Skin condition. Diet. How different people age. How well you took care of the tattoo after you got it. How well your tattoo artist did putting the tattoo on to begin with. I’ve had tattoos since I was 18 and I’m 40 now. I don’t have any that even need to be touched up. As much as I’d like to tell you that routine touch ups would keep your tattoo pristine forever, I can’t. I’m sure I’m just a few years away from needing some touch ups and I certainly don’t expect them to last forever. As for how much they’d cost. That depends on your tattoo artist. One thing you might need to remember- there are tattoo artists out there that won’t touch what another tattoo artist has put on you so you may have to go to the same artist for touch ups.
