Sadly, there’s no way to tell at all unless you go through every single follower on your account to determine if they’re real or not. If you receive unique comments from followers, then they’re real, but if you receive comments that have nothing to do with your photos, then they’re probably fake or not real. It’s really hard to tell these days who is and isn’t a real follower, so just continue doing what you’re doing and focus on content and interacting with your followers to the best of your ability.

What people do on their breaks is a matter of personal preference, time permitting, so long as it doesn’t interfere with their work performance after the break. So drinking alcohol or using hard drugs on your break is off limits for obvious reasons. If you are in a manufacturing or other unionized work environment, and your employer is not allowing you to take regular work breaks, that’s a safety concern you should take up with your union rep. If you are in a different kind of workplace where employees are allowed to call their own breaks, you might notice that smokers will do so as often as possible, right up to the point where they get called out for it when it interferes with work.

If your a smoker and you smoke 12 packs a day then cut it to 3 and see if there is a difference. But when I find myself needing a cleansing I either fast or I drink soup.Drink water. Eat healthy. Your kidneys and liver serve a similar function with each other: filter and clean. If you put less junk into your diet, your body will naturally take care of itself.
