The answer is very reliant upon a number of different factors. There are two ways to get a license: directly from the Alcoholic Beverage Control folks, through the application process; or in some places through the secondary market, where people will sell licenses at whatever rate the market will bear. In certain places, the zoning folks may have decided that there is a sufficient number of bars, restaurants, and liquor stores, and they will not issue further licenses for the time being. In other places, they may be encouraging development, and will look to increase the number of places that will serve alcohol, as a way of encouraging folks to come into the area and spend money.

There are millions of reasons why people cheat on their supposed partner. Lack of emotional support and intimacy. I met someone outside of my relationship that was supportive and kind to me in the exact way I’d been asking my partner to be. After a long time of feeling lonely and invisible I fell for someone else. I didn’t cheat, I told my partner and cut contact with the other woman, but after some failed therapy I decided I needed to find someone that was willing to meet my needs in a way that had me feeling loved and cared for. Unfortunately my former partner wasn’t willing to give me what I needed and I needed more than she was willing to give.

Milk colour changes depending on what percent of fat, protein, sugar and water it contains. The more fat the more yellowish it is. As your body goes from producing colostrum to transitional milk to mature milk, your milk can go from yellow-tinted or orangey to white or bluish. It doesn't indicate aRead more

Milk colour changes depending on what percent of fat, protein, sugar and water it contains. The more fat the more yellowish it is. As your body goes from producing colostrum to transitional milk to mature milk, your milk can go from yellow-tinted or orangey to white or bluish. It doesn’t indicate a problem and simply has to do with the milk’s changing composition.
