Water baptism is not a pre-requisite to gain in salvation in Christ Jesus. Am I baptised? No. Do I consider myself saved? Yes. It really goes beyond water baptism, it’s the confession that comes from the heart that matters. Taking for example the thief on the cross, by the right hand of Jesus Christ. Dude wasn’t baptised, but he was truly and deeply sorry for us sins and he begged Jesus that he should welcome him into his father’s kingdom. And guess what? He was saved. Just like that. How much more of us? Apple of God’s eyes. Now, I’m not trying to wave away the importance of baptism because in it truest form, it is quite important but it is not a prerequisite for salvation. I see it as the “extra cherry”.

All it says is that citizens aged 18 or older cannot be denied the right to vote based on age, race, gender and failure to pay tax. Non-citizens cannot vote in federal election by federal law which can be changed just like any other with majorities in each house and presidential ratification. It would be a pretty insane move politically though. Some non-citizens can already vote in certain local elections.
