      Excessive use of phone.
I have ended up with horrible headaches due to this. There’s no absolute reason to keep scrolling through all posts on all social media sites after every 15 minutes. In the same duration, so many productive habits and hobbies can be developed. Plus, it induces physical and mental strain. So guilty!
      Gossiping.
I love talking, generally about any damn topic in the world. But for a brief period of time, my friend and me were constantly gossiping about people and whining about situations. When I pondered over this later, I realised how absolutely futile and draining it is to talk about people and situations that you hardly have control over. It is one of the most negative habits that one can indulge in.
      Overthinking.
Overthinking incessantly is like roaming around with a boulder on your head. It only burdens you. Evaluating your actions and reflecting upon your relationships, your situations, your environment is a must but obsessing over what others think, what you should have done and said, the meanings of somebody’s action and behaviour are just occurrences of past and that is where it should be left.
      Laying in bed
The longer you lay in bed the less energy you will have to tackle the day. The time of the day I have the most anxiety is when I’m just laying there staring at my ceiling.
      Complaining.
First off, stop complaining, it really doesn’t help much (at all). It’s not going to change anything when you complain about it. If you’re not satisfied with your anything (environment, income, job, relationship, body shape) now, do something to fix it. Be responsible for it.
      Comparing.
Competitions are good, but comparisons are not. Unfortunately, most of us mix them up. Oftentimes, when we’re comparing, we’re evaluating the our worst based on others best.Besides, in any given situation, we have too little informations to make a rational comparison.
      Taking things personally
We don’t need to make everything about us and when we do so, it gets exhausting. The whole world is not out to get you.

Whatever is heavier than water, sinks in water, and whatever is lighter, floats on it. So your observation proves that oil is not, in fact, heavier than water but lighter.
