I never judge people who fall in love with their colleagues. People spend 8hours at work and sometimes you go for coffee, have lunch, happy hour and all that can turn into friendship. You develop trust and feel safe around your colleague. This is exactly how in a normal life relationship starts. Even psychologist falls in love with his or her patient because deep in side we are all human beings and need empathy, want to share our thoughts and someone to hear us out.
I personally think that being in love is great. It does not matter whether the person is your colleague, from another country, has different upbringing or any other race than you. What matters is that you being happy and safe in your relationship.
However, at workplace if the relationship does not work you have to see your ex every day and this is the most painful situation one can face. Because you literally cannot recover easily. Moreover, if you are working on the same project it might be not easy. Many people leave their jobs just not to see or feel the pain of the break up.

I hate to say it, but I think you need to get a new boyfriend, or at least get rid of this one. The idea that he felt entitled to order you to dress differently strongly suggests a combination of deep insecurity and a controlling personality, neither of which is a desirable trait in a partner. By all means, have a discussion with him about what he meant and if his answers satisfy you, then stay with him if you want, but don’t marry him or get pregnant unless and until you are 100% convinced that this was a one-time error in judgment on his part and that he is not really inclined to try to control you and your behavior.

I don’t know about glass skin, but I’ve met a couple of black women with great skin texture- enviable in fact. You can get yourself a healthy and glowing skin irrespective of your skin color or nationality.

Threading procedures aren’t as dramatically effective as facelifts, and studies on their long-term efficacy are lacking. Results from a threading last from 1 to 3 years. For best results, surgeons recommend combining a threading with other kinds of anti-aging procedures, such as ultherapy.
