With rice for a fast snack. Very cheap and good. Chicken intestine is washed put on ice. From there put on a thin stick. Looks like a long worm. Tell them how many and what spice. Plop in spice on one side then the other. Drop in hot oil. Cooked crunchy in a minute. Very good with a small cup of rice with it for a fast hot snack. Fried chicken chitlens you might call it.
