The fact that he is a well-known gangster who walks about the streets of Birmingham without being prosecuted for his crimes, makes him different from all the other men in the show. His power and use of words play a big role in getting him to sleep with nearly every female protagonist. Right from the first episode when Tommy makes an appearance on his horse with cigarette in his mouth and people hiding from him, you can tell he’s not like the other men.

Either to avoid a repetition if the event was negative or encourage to find the pattern to get the reward again. Dopamine like many other chemical is toxic in high dose, so a regulation loop limit the production or increase the re-uptake.
