      If you have never worked out before it might take your body more time to adjust to your workout routine compared to a person who has worked out before and is starting to workout again.
      The key is consistency though, if you have the willpower to go through workouts everyday you will start to notice some changes very soon. Very tough to answer when you will start so see physical changes as it depends on man things. Your genetics, what you are eating and how hard are you training. But you will definitely see some changes in you mentality very soon after you start lifting weights.

The real power of gold is it’s ability to withstand time because nothing else can outlast time not even you or me but gold lasts forever heard of sunken gold? The pirates already long gone but their gold are still around.
