Research your focus audience – some might prefer calls, some emails. Some companies do both – cold email and follow-up with cold call. Personally me, if I see unknown number calling, I rarely ever answer. However, if I see really catchy email subject in my inbox I might just open it.

I get that sometimes people can’t help but only see the negative, but it’s definitely something I need to take breaks from before I can face having that battle again. It is fucking exhausting. I’ve had depression my whole adult life, and I can’t handle being around people like this. It makes me so frustrated and angry.
