I love it too, but I don’t often cook the things which call for it, as I don’t eat very much meat. One thing I do really much like, though, is beer battered white fish and I’ve been experimenting with the beers. A citrus hopped golden ale is one of my favourite things to drink and it turns out it’s my favourite in batter too. I keep meaning to try it in tempura and probably will the next time I buy prawns.

For this kind of person, a desktop would probably feel like a prison. They’d never be able to get comfortable and focus on their work. They’d probably be taking frequent breaks and their work might slow to a crawl.

Personally, I’ve found that, although I enjoy being able to work on my couch, bed, floor, etc, I’m much more productive when working at a desk with a large monitor in front of me. Having a large screen means I’m able to keep all the information I need visible at all times.
