I haven’t had any side effects from it, and my BP is well under control, but I can’t definitively say how much the hibiscus tea has helped. But I do know a lot of studies have shown benefits of it for BP. I’d say if you don’t have any issues with it, it can’t hurt as part of an overall BP strategy. Also, if you’re on medication, it’s better to stay away from it or ask your doctor if you can drink it while on the meds to avoid sorry story.

You don’t want to do this frequently. The abrasive properties that make it really effective to clean teeth will break down the protective outside layer of the teeth, and leave them vulnerable. Baking soda erodes the enamel on your teeth terribly. Yes, it does whiten the teeth but enamel is not replaceable and it is the only thing coating and protecting your teeth. My dentist suggested that if I want to do this, leave it for once every couple months.

What I’ve done in the past is to dump all the weed you’d like to use in a pot with some milk and simmer it for like 10-15minutes. Once your kitchen smells nice and dank-like, strain the weed out of the milky-bud concoction. You can then pour some of the milk into a mug, add some water, teabags, and steep it for a bit. Probably won’t taste the best but it gets you stoned.

My confidence. As soon as I started faking being confident I just was. Same goes with any quality you want. I was ridiculously shy a while back, and I had a hard time talking to anyone I didn’t know. Got fed up, and I started pretending I was really confident. Took me a while to get out of my comfort zone, but I set a goal to talk to someone new every day. And after a while, it became second nature. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still shy, but talking to strangers doesn’t bother me as much anymore.
