      Coffee addiction can sap all your energy, avoiding caffeine will increase your energy levels

      Iron deficiency can contribute to your constant tiredness

      Dehydration causes blood pressure to drop, this hinders enough blood from getting to the brain and muscles. So, drink water more often

      Unusual vaginal bleeding or bloody discharge can be an early sign of cancer of the uterus. Bleeding that lasts two or more days should be medically checked.

      Non-healing sores in parts of the body should raise concerns. Or you often get bruises even when you didn’t hit parts of your body on something.

      When you have changes in in your period such as heavier periods or pelvic pain, then it’s time to see a doctor

      Breast dimpling or discoloration is a symptom that should be taken seriously

      Persistent difficulty in swallowing can be a sign of throat or lung cancer

      If you experiment postmenopausal bleeding— vaginal bleeding after you’ve not had your period for a long time can be a sign of cancer.

      Non healing sores in the mouth is also one of he signs that should be noted.
