Hello! Just thought I'd pass on how responsive the Qatar Airways Johannesburg Office was when my bag was delayed on my last flight. I went to the office in person because the updates online weren't informative enough. The agent at the office tracked my bag, provided a realistic estimate, and even followed up by email later. That level of service genuinely impressed me. They made an otherwise stressful situation bearable. It's not simply a matter of selling tickets—yes, they care about the entire trip of their passengers. Huge thanks to the Johannesburg crew!
