Hacking doesn’t really mean you have to be a Yoda in programming. It is more about thinking, logically. If you understand an algorithm then you can easily write it down in technically any language you want. If you really want to pursue a serious career in hacking, rather than simple tricks like breaking into a WLAN network, snooping messages etc. you better get acquainted with basics of SQL and PHP. Because this what the majority of the infrastructure of the internet is based on, and if you are want to be successful, try protecting things rather than finding ways to break them.

If not sure, post an image of installed programs. Install and run malwarebytes free and do a scan just to check nothing unusual has somehow been installed.

Do a full system scan with defender or whatever av program you have installed.

It could be as others have already stated and she reminds your dog of someone. One of my friends adopted a dog not long ago and she’s deathly afraid of him. The dog has no issue with his kids or wife. He’s been hoping she will grow out of it at some point but she clearly suffered some sort of trauma before being adopted.
