Meet other people and begin to socialize equally with all. Do not get too attached to any individual until you are sure of yourselves. Letting go of past emotions is comparable to the process of mourning. Death of a relationship has similar psychological implications as death of a person. Cry as much as you feel like, never stop your tears; this would give you tremendous relief. Talk it out to trusted close friends, and ventilate your inner feelings.
