What is the role of technology in the high rate of isolation?
Technology is just a tool, so it all depends on how you use it. Some people use it to stay in touch with distant friends and relatives, and they enjoy getting a glimpse into their lives when they can’t do that in person. Then there are those who crave attention, and use Likes as a metric of personal validation. For those people, they get addicted to the high of popularity, and become increasingly dependent on it for their self esteem. Technology has power. This is an old but common argument, it shouldn't even be an argument in the first place. People only like older music as they only have a select few of the greats they listen to. They’re listening to J-Cole, Kanye, Childish Gambino. but they won’t be listening to the shit music of our time. Even if we compare the greats of these two times, I have to say a Kanye’s song is just better than a Tupac.

Loan sharks often work from home, charge very high rates of interest and don’t give you much paperwork to confirm the arrangements they’ve made with you. A loan shark usually has lots of customers and lends money like a business, but their lending is illegal. Loan sharks often take other illegal action to collect the money they’ve lent you, such as threatening violence or taking away your credit cards or valuables. In extreme cases, they’ve been known to force non-payers into prostitution and drug dealing.

The first thing to think about isn’t any specific food: It’s the amount you eat at one time. This is one case where bigger isn’t better. No matter what food you’re eating, how good it looks, or how much you like it, a stuffed stomach makes heartburn more likely. Try using smaller plates to help you trim your portions. Spicy foods can irritate the stomach and may cause heartburn. Fatty and fried foods- like burger, fries, donut, etc., take longer to digest, increasing the pressure on the esophageal sphincter. Carbonated drinks- soda contain gas that can cause a person to force-burp. The sugar in sodas can ferment in the stomach and cause more gas and bloating.
