When a small amount of engine oil is swallowed and goes down the food pipe into the stomach, the only symptom that is expected is a laxative effect. This type of exposure can be safely watched at home. However, if motor oil is aspirated or suspected of being aspirated, the person should be taken to an ER for evaluation. A product might have been aspirated if the person coughs or vomits. In the ER, the patient will be evaluated and typically have a chest x-ray to look for any inflammation in the lungs.

Their body is probably a little different from the norm, but that isn’t your problem unless you are going to have sex. And a transgender person will, like every other normal human, tell you about specificities about their body in good time before you get to the sex part. So relax. Get to know people for their personality and their other qualities, and don’t worry about how another persons body works untill you start dating that specific other person.

The rule of thumb is to replace your pillow every 1 to 2 years. Certain types of pillows last longer than others, due to the quality and construction of their materials. Sometimes you need to change your pillow for other reasons than old age. Other factors that can affect the longevity of your pillow include health conditions like allergies, or if you’ve recently changed sleeping positions. For example, if you’ve switched from sleeping on your side to your back, you’ll need a new pillow with a different height. Different sleeping positions require different heights to keep the spine, neck, and head aligned.
