Am I homophobic if I don’t support LGBTQ?

Yes or no? If you answered yes, then, you’re not homophobic. If you answered no, sorry, you’re homophobic. All that matters, is that you accept lgbt people. That’s all. Seriously, that’s it. That’s all it takes to not be homophobic.
So if you mean you are accepting and believe people have the right to love whoever they want, then that’s all that matters. You don’t need to go to pride or go to marches or even be queer at all. You can be heterosexual and/or cisgendered too. It doesn’t matter really. However what does matter is if you are against it, and disagree with it. In that case, yeah, that’s homophobic by definition. If you insult them, make offensive jokes, use slurs, and all that too. But as long as you don’t do anything that harms the LGBT community especially out of spite then you’re not homophobic.
Can Progeria be cured?
As far as I know, there are no specific treatments that cure progeria. But of course, researches are in motion. Kids with progeria are more likely to get dehydrated, so they need to drink plenty of water, especially when they're sick or it's hot. Small meals more often can help them eat enough, too.
