I think the first step is knowing what drew you to each other. Think back on the things you used to do. Start to flirt with your partner again. Let them get see you change or shower. Compliment them. Talk about how fun it was when they do something and that you’d like them to do it again. Bring up things you’ve never done that you’d like to. Ask if there are things they’d like to try, or things they’d like you to do again. If you need ideas, there are some great games for couples that you could try playing together. The trick with those is making sure you both are super comfortable with each other, aware of any boundaries you may have, and are both willing to get into playing. Let go of any self doubt and be wholly in the moment with just your partner. Forget about the dishes, bills, etc. for a little while and just focus on each other.
