There are bad days and sometimes, I do loose my grip on my emotions. I do know that I can either let myself get even deeper on that or turn that around. So, I set small and achievable goals that lead me to a bigger one but I leave room to change. One small goal of mine is to finish university, no matter what, and do my masters. Don’t loose your grip on your emotions and don’t let your mind be even more of an enemy. It’s easier said then done, no doubt but wait. Take a break and don’t forget about your bigger picture.
Allow yourself to understand that there’s bad days and that’s not a bad thing. A problem is not exactly something bad, it’s just something you need to get around and sometimes that takes time.
