Well, first impressions aren’t final. You can’t say you know a book by reading it’s first few pages can you? But first impressions matter cause they stick . Like you hear people talk about the first time they met a person or so. We remember it more. It may be true that first impressions may be final in many life situations but not always. In my case it is mostly not true. I never judge a person by the first impression but from long association. First impression may be very misleading. From my practical experience, I have found that first impression is mostly not the last impression. Our first impression may be influenced by our prejudice. Moreover, the person may hide his reality in the first contact. There can be misunderstanding between the two persons. It takes long time to really understand a person.

The best way to get started is to learn more about it. Get some books and videos on real estate investment to start with. There are plenty of well reviewed ones on Amazon and also educating videos on youtube, and maybe take a course. Then build your own investment spreadsheet. It will teach you how all the key ratios work and how thin the profit margins are for your level of investment – at least initially. Try to make contacts with other landlords. They could introduce you to other good contacts like banks, mortgage experts and contractors. At that point, if you are still into it, you should go for it. Don’t be impatient to build up a portfolio too fast. Life is a long game. If you try to purchase a property every five years or when the prices are right, not inflated then you could be in a position to retire in your 50s.

Monkeypox is a virus transmitted to humans from animals, it can also be transmitted from one person to another through close contact with an infected person. Symptoms include fever, headaches, muscle aches, and skin rash, which tends to be concentrated on the face, palms of hands and soles of feet. Affected persons are contagious from the beginning of symptoms until the skin lesions are fully cured. Monkeypox symptoms resolve in most patients on their own with supportive treatment. However, it is important to reduce the risk of contagion by limiting contact with people who have suspected or confirmed monkeypox. Awareness is being raised across countries to contain and limit spread of the virus.
