The nature of vitiligo makes it very important to visit a dermatologist to create a regimen that helps you manage the it. Your doctor can also write steroid prescriptions for you and will help ensure that you don’t have any vitamin deficiencies. If you have vitiligo, know that you have the options of treating it, camouflaging it (concealing it) or embracing it. By embracing it, you simply understand that with or without the vitiligo, you’re still you and the vitiligo doesn’t define you. I’ve seen many models with vitiligo who are doing just great out there. Whatever your decision is, it’s the best.

The single most important law is to respect and follow the laws, unlike many other countries. whatever your beliefs are, never speak ill of any religion or someone else personal beliefs. Never castigate Islam in particular or any other religion in general that might infuriate its believers. You can be jailed for doing so. UAE is very safe, have their own tourist destinations, people are friendly, food is great.

Personally I’ve only been using a water based cleanser during the pandemic since I’m not going outside, and also because my skin has been decently okay. If I wanted better skin or had more money, then I’d double cleanse even without wearing makeup and sunscreen since my skin type is oily.
