You can either write down a few lines on what happened that day or, if you are feeling philosophical, write paragraphs. Whatever you do, mark down the date and write. There are times where I am really tired and nothing really interesting happened that specific day so I just jot down a few words, and other times I can write several pages on different thoughts, ideas etc. Get your thoughts down on paper. If you want, you can add a quote to every post and reflect on it, as I do. Always write down the best positive experience of the day.
