Depending what you mean by punish. If my kids are in someone else's care I expect them to be looked after in the same care I would give. I don't yell at my kids and I don't beat them. I have no problem giving them a talking to and taking their gadgets away. If I am there hanging out with someone and my kids are doing something I am not noticing at the moment, I hope someone will step up and tell my kids what they are doing is not what they should be doing. I don’t get in a huff or puff about it. I thank the person. My kids are extremely well behaved and truly rarely do stuff they aren’t supposed to. I want them to respect adults and listen to adults as authority in a reasonable way.
However if I see an adult trying to go corporal punishment on my kids I will not stand for it. They deserve respect as much as adults. They need to be taught how to handle situation in an appropriate manner and I have no problem teaching an adult what that means too.

But some things that we enjoy smelling are not as pleasant to them. Every dog I have had has disliked the smell of fabric softener sheets for the dryer. If I forget and addRead more
