Although, I have not been to Nigeria, but with a very high degree of certainty, I can say that internet fraud are not and cannot be the only jobs in Nigeria. Generalizing the Nigerian youths in such manner would be stereotyping them all as fraudsters. Just like any other country, there are people working hard and earning money doing jobs which are not illegal. Surgery is most common procedure, another is through medications. Certain medications may aid in managing your uterine fibroids. Gonadotropin-releasing hormones (GnRH) can trigger the release of progesterone and estrogen which regulate your menstrual cycle and cause fibroids to grow. Medications that decrease the Gonadotropin-releasing hormones also decrease progesterone and estrogen, possibly shrinking your fibroids. Another fibroid removal option is taking a synthetic medication similar to testosterone. Doing so prevents your menstrual cycle from starting and can help relieve fibroid symptoms.
