In undergrad, most of my classes that assigned papers were smaller, so the professors would read them. In larger classes with papers, teachers would have assistants who would help with grading. I’ve watched a friend grade a paper before, and she basically skimmed for structure, specific terms and arguments, points of evidence, ect. Papers with clear arguments and good structure usually got better marks.

God forbid I call a little girl pretty and a boy handsome. Can’t even approach a kid who looks lost without seeming like a predator. This just bothers me a lot bc I’m a male who works in the mental health field and likes working with kids. Honestly, in my experience, if you are genuine, most people can sense your good intentions. But you still have to tread much more lightly than females.
