And depending on your gender and the situation— it might be in kind or cash or even some act of service to the person rendering the Favour. Yes in cash, you may be wondering why someone who is capable of helping you would want to collect your money. Everyone needs money, no one ever stops needing money. Honestly, anger management is the most difficult part so far and skills of managing anger is one of the most unique skills. When you are angry try to speak to someone who is close to you or take a break of half an hour and stay lonely for a longer period. Take a deep breath and just rethink what was wrong in that. How you would have managed that. Who could be the right person to resolve this matter for you etc, etc. Try avoiding people who can take advantage of your weak position at that moment. Have a good sleep/sound sleep. When we take proper rest, it rejuvenates our mind and soul and we feel fresh. Anything which is inappropriate turns suddenly to us can be handled by a relaxed mind maturely.
