To me, religion is a personal thing; and irrespective of whichever religion each person is born into, one should find their own yardstick and what works for them. I am a feee thinker. That doesn’t mean make me an atheist or discriminate against the many religions there are. I believe values are more important. When I meet a person for the first time, before I know if this person is a Muslim or an Hindu, it is the character I will see first. I am presented the character first, not the religion. A lot of people hide on the shade of religion and engage in hypocrisy acts, these set of people soil religions for the religious people. However, personal conviction and good moral values are the best forms of religion.

      2. When you don’t have an under-eye loner, simply use your matte eyeshadow
      3. While dark liner on your waterline will close eyes in, white eyeliner has the opposite effect, it will give the illusion of bigger and bolder eyes.
      4. When you run out of matte lipstick, simply apply your regular lipstick and set it with translucent powder.
      5. Never test run a new foundation on your wrist. The colour of your wrist is not the same with the color of your face or neck. Always test new foundation on your face or neck.
      6. Applying concealer or foundation on your lips before lipstick can serve as primer.
      7. Anytime you want to wear dark colors of lipstick, be sure to exfoliate first.
      8. Always dab your blender on your face, never drag it.
      9. If necessary, try out color correctors, hey do wonders.
      10. Always check your makeup under different lightings.

      1. There are many reasons to go vegan; it’s non-exploitative, it’s a gift to the environment, and of course, plant-based foods are healthier. However, you must know your motivation. That particular reason that makes you want to become a vegan will be your personal motivation, his is what will keep you going.

      2. Go slow, do not rush yourself. Always remember it is your personal journey. Don’t make it too hard on yourself; focus on yourself and whatever internal obstacles or resistance that pop up in response to your new dietary.

      3. Stay true to yourself; there are times you will accidentally or intentionally eat some animal-based products, that doesn’t mean you should stop. Keep going, remember your motivation.

      4. Some family members may not entirely understand your vegan lifestyle, some may even unknowingly offer you foods that are off your plan, it is left to you to explain to them and let them know.

      5. As a new vegan, it is always advisable to be accountable to someone. This can be a family member, a friend, someone from same group, just anyone you are close to and trust will never judge you, and will always motivate you to keep going.
