However, if there were funds or assets left over, those assets could be liquidated and the funds distributed among all the parties that held equity. Seed investors accept more like 99% failure with the small 1% hope of a single success.

I’ve played golf before as a non-sporting activity, not keeping score, not competing, not trying to see who’s better, and that’s a lot of fun, a lot of laughter. I also played for four years in high school where it was a competitive sport, score keeping, prizes and what-not. Even if golfers were not rated against each other, that would not disqualify it from being a competitive sport. Runners do not compete against each other, only their times; the exact same with weightlifters, swimmers, pole-vaulters, javelin-throwers, or any other sport that doesn’t have a direct opponent. But there are professional leagues for golf, with serious prizes for winners, and it’s a game of physical activity, requiring strength and accuracy.

For me, first indicator is a sudden craving for chocolate. Then, it generally starts with shakiness, lack of focus, sometimes my legs will start to go cold. If it gets worse, I get flickering patterns in my vision, cold sweat, inability to speak clearly, feeling dizzy, and I crave food badly, to the point where food is all that matters in my mind. I get very sensitive to sounds, lights and touch, they all seem greatly amplified. I also get highly aggressive if someone is bothering me or stopping me from getting to food.

Boric acid should not be used during pregnancy — it’s toxic to the developing fetus. Boric acid causes irritation to open wounds in and around the vagina and should not be used in such cases. Boric acid is highly poisonous when taken orally. It should only be used as a vaginal suppository when prescribed by a health care provider. It is important to remember that boric acid is toxic. If a person uses it incorrectly, it can cause a fatal overdose.
