When I’m in the middle of anger because anger comes on suddenly, I try to stop and take a deep breath and leave the situation. Then, depending on where I am and type of anger, I will either listen to angry music and think about what I would say (not that I will ever actually say it these are angry words. If I were alone I may say them aloud), if i need to do something physical like go for a run or if you can some type of boxing hitting something is always nice but please make sure it’s in an exercise setting. I always think taking it out is healthy call someone you trust a friend who won’t judge you and will listen to your angry rant. These always help with anger you may need to do multiple and it’s ok if the anger is true hot burning anger and your at work for example you may need to go on a break call a friend or listen to music and think. Then after work that anger is still there go for a run or whatever physical exercise you like angry music in tow. You may need to exhaust yourself to let go of that anger as long as you do it healthy I think it’s ok. It’s ok to feel anger it’s what you do with it that’s the important.

This is a very common mentality that has eaten deep into every spheres of life, and irrespective of the person, position, each person exhibit that mentality in one way or the other. Personally, I see this as a way of maintaining a check on goodwill. See, people misuse opportunities and people often abuse goodwill from others. However, if I’ll be doing you a favour, you must’ve done something for me or will do something in the future to commensurate the act of kindness I’m doing to you— either ways, I’m doing you the Favour because I will definitely get something back. Some people became this way because their act of kindness was abused by the people they’ve shown kindness in the past. Nothing goes for nothing indeed, it’s always something for something.
