It is crucial to note that a possession can’t and won’t occur without the consent, however minimal, of the victim. When a person is demonically possessed, he or she suffers from a complete seizure of their personality by a diabolical being. This allows the demon to dominate their person allowing them to become, even somewhat physically, that demonic being.
There is no evidence that demonic possession is a real thing (in fact – there’s also no good evidence that demons or spirits are a real thing) so it is extremely unlikely that you have demonic spirits in you.
First, you’d have to believe they exist in the first place. What evidence do you have that you have demonic spirits in you? Are you going to attribute anything bad happening to you as demonic? Most supposed possessions are in fact undiagnosed or misdiagnosed illnesses or psychiatric disorders, and encouraged by credulous or abusive family or pastors, people are given exorcisms rather than proper medical treatment. Not only does this leave the condition untreated, in many cases it has resulted in injury and death.
An evil spirit has to be sent, or called. So if one is attached to you either you called it or someone sent it to you. Spirits don’t exist in isolation. They need to get their energy from somewhere. If it is getting it from you, then you are allowing it, albeit unconsciously. If it is feeding from whoever sent it, then it cannot be with you for long as it’s energy will run out.
If someone has sent it, it is intended to do maximum harm to you in as short a time as possible. You would probably be aware that something is very wrong. If it is attached to you, you may feel weak and run down and you may think you are having a lot of bad luck. That is the spirit causing it. You may not realize it is there.
To find out if a Spirit or demon is attacking you, pray. Pure and simple. Ask Jesus to take the spirit away. If you have faith, you may instruct the spirit to go in the name of Christ.
If your faith is in a good place it will go. If not ask someone who has that ability to chase it away.
And figure out why it is in your life. Shut the door on it. For if you do not, seven will return.
