How do you know you’re experience a spiritual awakening?
Your spiritual awakening will be pure excitement for discovering the truth— what you know is true in relation to you, God and the universe. It is also followed by events in your life to bring you more into that awareness. The first sign may be you think you are God but that is short-lived. You usually start learning you are basically one with God. Having potential to have all the power of God or creative forces manifested in and through your own individuality.
It is a moment where you deeply realize who you are and that it has nothing to do with thoughts. I personally call this awakening. It’s not that the thinker awakens, but you realize the thinker has always been just like a movie being watched by who you really are. It’s like something else awakens next to the thinker, but really the thinker never existed. There was just thinking being observed. But this confusion can still go on for a while, because your habitual conditionings are still there. When you know you are inside the Matrix you might still be fooled by thinking that’s air you’re breathing, so to speak.
