Twitter Communities are meant to make it simpler to connect with those who share the same interests. Instead of tweeting to their standard set of followers, users would join these new social hubs and tweet straight to other individuals with similar interests. Those tweets will remain public, but only other community members will be able to respond. To start your own community on twitter, you basically just need to fill a form-like page on twitter.
In order for you to be able to create a Twitter community, you must have a public account, that is your account must not be private. You must’ve authenticated your account with either your email or telephone number. Once you’ve made sure of all that, you can proceed to fill out the Community interest form and submit. The required information to be filled include: your Twitter username, email and what your Community would be focused on and the kind of people most likely to join your community.
