Are people who sleep talk and sleepwalk aware they do so?
Most people do not remember if they sleepwalked or talked, I mean from the few I have talked to about sleep walking and sleep talking. But I know that occasionally, some people wake up in a different room or even outside their yard as a result of sleepwalking. Also, some wake up right in the middle of sleepwalking, although this is very rare.
I sleepwalk and talk, although sometimes I’m aware I sleepwalked but I’ve never remembered sleeptalking, expect people tell me. I sleepwalk and i don’t know what i am doing while sleepwalking and have to hear it from others. I also don’t wake up from it. Even when they try to wake me up when i do dangerous things in my sleep.
