Would you rather go for dermal filling or plastic surgery? Are the two facial procedures similar?

Dermal fillers and plastic surgery are both very popular cosmetic treatments for turning back the clock and erasing the signs of aging. While both produce fantastic results that can shave years off your appearance, they each have different applications depending on your aesthetic goals. While dermal fillers is a non surgical procedure for lifting the skin and it is temporary, plastic surgery, as the name implies is a surgical procedure for more saggy skin.
I see dermal fillers as alternative to plastic surgery, although equally great and fantastic results, but it is not lasting. There’s really something for everyone, now we have fillers that go deeper, that aren’t as superficial, and that come in a variety of consistencies and strengths. With dermal fillers, you pay less but results ain’t lasting compared to plastic surgery.
