Anyone has proof slimming teas work? I really don’t believe slimming teas work, just a waste of time I think.

While teas are a generally known as very healthy beverage, especially herbal teas like green tea, which have been proven to aid weight loss. But there are actually any no proven clinical studies that they’re indeed a good working option for weight loss. Green tea has chemicals that can boost weight loss. These chemicals are called catechins and they appear to increase the amount of fat burned during exercise.
I have never tried using slimming teas to loose weight brighter have I seen someone who has used it. If you’re concerned about loosing weight, green tea with garlic works perfectly fine. This is something I had to discover all on my own, with no help from any dietician. I’ve noticed most of the weight loss products sold are not so natural, they tend to do more harm to the body than good (if they do any good).
