The bets and most effective way to outsmart procrastination is to planning and dedication. Yes you’ve planned, but all your plannings can go into the bin if you’re not dedicated. Lack of dedication can make you start a task but never finish off. Also, you can work with some proactive apps that help keep track of your daily tasks, routines and schedules. Some of these apps are Evernote, todoist, and the likes. Honestly, once you commit to these apps, you will see productivity.
If you already know all the tasks that need to be completed by the end of the day, good for you, make a to-do list and visualize how much time each task will take you. Create a deadline- setting deadlines make it easier to commit to tasks. Prioritize your tasks in order of importance or deadline or how easy it is to complete. Another thing you want to make sure is to keep your phone away or switch it off, phone constitute a major distraction when it comes to accomplishing things. Take it easy on yourself and cut yourself some slack while you focus on making that extra effort.
