there’s a tiny painless growth that moves when I touch it around my jawline. Should I be concerned? It’s does pain, I almost forget it’s there until I touch it.

If you have a growth around your jawline I believe the next thing to do is to visit the hospital and get the opinion of a doctor not that of random people who come on here to answer questions for money. Hopefully, it’s benign, that way you wouldn’t have to worry.
Fibromas are soft tissue tumors. These tumors can appear anywhere on your body and are made of your body’s natural tissue, meaning that they aren’t cancerous. A condition called ossifying fibroma refers to benign tumors that contain tissue as well as bone. Ossifying fibromas develop from the part of your jaw where your teeth develop. Ossifying fibromas can cause noticeable swelling along with a soft lump on your jawbone on one side.
