Hmm, it really can mean a lot of things and without some specifics, no one may be able to tell you what it means. For one, your boyfriend may be a wey ire person that doesn’t like others knowing his business. There is that, and most times, it could be the case that your boyfriend just doesn’t feel you are worth showing off. Harsh, yes. But it is what it is. I’d suggest you take it up to him if it really disturbs you.
He probably doesn’t love you as much as you think he does. I mean, if your boyfriend loves and cherish you, he should be able to show you off to everyone and everywhere he goes. Another reason, he may have some other relationship he’s committed to outside of yours. The best thing to do to be certain is to have a discussion with your boyfriend so you can tell him how you feel.
