It seems as though Rihanna quit music already to focus on her beauty line. I really feel she probably quit music already.
Rihanna has not released an album since Anti, which came out in 2016. Since then, she has been a featured artist on just two songs, one of which came out in 2020 with Canadian singer-songwriter. Mainly, her focus has been on her fashion and beauty businesses, which have grown from strength to strength over the last few years. However, she has not outright said she has quit singing but in recent years she has taken a break from her musical performances.
While it’s certainly true that Rihanna has not released any music in a long time, I am assuming because her ‘Fenty Beauty By Rihanna,’ make up and beauty products is doing so well in the market, that she is restructuring herself to be a business maven. I don’t think she has abandoned her music altogether. Her new baby is her beauty line; and she has to be there first hand to nourish it, care for it and watch it grow.
